Kairos is a nine-session, interactive course on world Christian mission, designed to educate, inspire and challenge Christians to active and meaningful participation. It is ideally suited to be conducted in local churches, organizations or with special interest groups. The Kairos Course utilizes a variety of learning styles including group discussions, short lecture introduction, devotions, video teaching and student participation in specially designed activities. We want to empower every Christian to live everyday of life on mission with God no matter where they live and work, or how long they have been a disciple of Jesus.

Tuesdays, September 23 to November 18. 7-9 pm Eastern / 6 - 8 pm Central / 5 - 7 pm Mountain / 4 - 6 pm Pacific. Each session lasts about 2 hours. Plan for another 2 hours of additional independent work, including reading, video, and a simple worksheet each week.

Interaction with the facilitators and other participants is part of the Kairos experience. Please join us via a computer or tablet (with larger screen). Please do NOT use a smartphone. The course materials include a book with chapter readings for each session which includes a guide for special prayer times throughout the course. When registering, you will have the option to choose between a physical copy (print - $100) *OR* a soft copy (ebook - $100) or both (hardcopy and ebook - $110). Eastern Mennonite Missions is eager to host another Kairos course. Kairos is for Christians at any point in their journey with God, guiding each participant into a biblical worldview. This course is an opportunity for all God's people to be transformed and aligned with God's heart for the nations. It uses a unique combination of facilitated introductions, reading, videos, group discussions, special activities, and prayer for unreached peoples. Kairos is one of several mobilization tools produced by Simply Mobilizing International, based in the Philippines but active in over 100 countries around the world.
